<p><br> Grid References Test</p> <p>This test assists and consolidates learning, enabling the user to quickly achieve a very competent level in using grid references to find locations on a map.</p> <p class="header5">The test takes a beginner through the basic steps in how grid references work and how to use them. The questions are inclined in difficulty, with six-figure grid references encountered only at the half way stage, at grade C achievement level. An interactive overlay grid is available to assist with several questions. The questions at each level are randomised from a data bank and the test timer can be inactivated.
